The Additive Manufacturing (AM) industry has undergone tremendous growth in recent years. Although it seems to be a relatively new technology, it has been present over the last twenty years, but it is in the late decade when a big development has taken place. One of the type of additive manufacturing is selective laser melting technology (SLM).<br>
The major AM trends are improvement of quality and shape complexity of manufactured products.
